The Boulder Writers Alliance (BWA), located in Boulder, Colorado, USA, is a nonprofit organization of communications professionals in Boulder, Denver, and throughout Colorado. Our goal is to help our members find work, increase our marketable skills, and provide employers with a group of capable writing and publishing experts.

You should join BWA if you are a professional or aspiring communicator located anywhere along the Front Range. Communication specialties we embrace include technical writing and editing, blogging, copywriting, marketing communications, journalism, fiction and nonfiction writing, instructional design and e-learning, online help, photography and videography, training, Web design, desktop publishing, graphic arts, and more.
When Does the Boulder Writers Alliance Meet?

Where Do BWA Meetings Take Place?
We currently meet at various Boulder Public Library locations, but usually downtown. Depending on the size and type of meetings we offer, venues could change, so be sure to check our calendar.
What Do Meetings Consist Of?
Our meetings consist of some informal networking, followed by BWA announcements, and then an educational program. Some meetings are combined with an opportunity for food or drink. We vary the topics of our programs based on feedback from our membership and the community. If you’d like to suggest a topic for a future presentation, please contact our Programs Chairperson.
How Much Do Meetings Cost?
