Events for writers at the Boulder Bookstore and the Boulder Library

  • Author reading: BWA member Bill Liggett will be reading from his new novel, Watermelon Snow. Time: 3:30–5:30 p.m., Date: Saturday, July 8, Location: Boulder Creek Room, Main Boulder Library, 1001 Arapahoe Ave., Boulder

BWA puts on programs targeted specifically to writers. Our last four include one on Social Media, one on podcasting, one on using LinkedIn, and one on getting published. The next two planned are our annual summer professional networking event and an educational program.

Looking for Tech writer certification recommendations

Hi,

Some of my recent contracts have been more in the tech writing arena and though I kept my head above water and delivered, I’m thinking I’d like to get a little more training. Including some software packages such as Madcap Flare (though I’m happy to download a 30-day free trial and play around with the software as a way to learn).
