BWA Event News

Get ready to expand your career network. Our next professional networking event is planned for August 25th; check back soon for complete details.

May 2015 featured an exciting seminar for BWA members and guests: “Branding & Networking, Online and Off – for Communicators.” Marian Rothschild covered “How to Increase Influence with Personal Branding & Elements of Leadership.” Then Melody Jones showed how to “Ramp Up Your Social Media Branding & Engagement with Visual Content.” An informal lunch get-together followed these two 45 minute programs. Attendees raved about this career-enhancing event.

BWA also presented in 2015: “From Contracts to Copyrights – A Legal Brief for Writers” by attorneys Lee H. Freedman and Neil Salyards from Feldmann Nagel, LLC. Attendees had a chance to get their legal questions answered by our two great presenters. Visit our Meeting Notes page for PDFs of many presentations.
