Terms of Use for BWA Member Directory

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE BWA MEMBER DIRECTORY ("DIRECTORY"). THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO ALL VERSIONS OF THE DIRECTORY (PRINT, ONLINE, DATABASE, AND PDF). BY USING THE DIRECTORY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE DIRECTORY.
BWA reserves the right to alter, modify, or otherwise update these terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such alterations, modifications, or updates, as long as you use the Directory. Make sure you review the Terms carefully, because they are binding on you. BWA shall have the right to terminate your use of the Directory if you violate these Terms.
Permitted Uses and Restrictions. Permission is granted to read and print this Directory for the purpose of finding and offering employment to BWA members listed in the Directory, and for other valid, professional, non-commercial uses.
Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, you may not, in whole or in part, reproduce, copy, disseminate, sell, distribute, enter into a database, use for commercial purposes, or use for e-mail solicitation the contents of this Directory.
Any other distribution, retransmission, use, or modification of the information, whether in electronic or hard copy form, without the express prior written permission of BWA is strictly prohibited and is punishable under the full extent of the law. BWA will exercise all legal remedies available to enforce the terms of this Agreement and to prosecute violations.
Disclaimer. BWA does not guarantee the accuracy of any information contained in the Directory. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of this Directory is at your sole risk. The information is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind.
Complete Agreement. This constitutes the entire agreement with respect to the use of the Directory.
